OUR MARINA
Jordan Point Marina is located along the historic James River and your destination for boating enjoyment.
At Jordan Point Marina in Prince George Virginia, we strive to provide the very best services to all who come to our venue for some rest and relaxation. We are your freshwater James River destination.
The marina sits on over 5 acres of waterfront property. We offer rentals for open wet and lift slips for your watercraft in Prince George, VA. We offer transient, monthly, 6 month, and yearly leases and provide a variety of services at our full-service marina along the freshwater James. The marina will also serve as a venue for events and a location to display boats for sale.
Wet & Lift Slips/ Covered & Opened
We offer open wet slips, and lift slips for monthly, 6 month, or yearly lease. We also have wet slips that accommodate up to 50 feet fixed and 42 feet floating. We also have lift slips that accommodate up to 38 feet and less than 16,000 pounds. We have 76 wet floating slips, 16 fixed slips, and 6 lift slips. Transients
Transients are always welcomed at our marina! We understand the needs of transients and are ready to help in any way we can. Rates are $2/foot/night, includes water, and electricity is $5/night. Call us today to rent a slip!
Boat Ramp
We are the only public access boat ramp on the James River inside of Prince George County, Virginia. The ramp is available to launch 24 hours a day with lights and a courtesy $10 ramp fee drop box is available if the ship’s store is closed.
Restrooms & Showers
We have coded bathrooms and showers. Boaters staying for the weekend or transients can enjoy a hot shower at any point in their stay before heading back out to the open waters.
Swimming Pool
New in 2022 our saltwater swimming pool is available exclusively to slips holders and transients with a view over the marina. Take an afternoon cool down dip to help wind down the day.
Picnic Areas
As one of the best marinas around East Richmond and the surrounding area, we offer waterfront picnic areas. We want to make your stay at our marina on the James as relaxing as possible, whether you’re stopping by during a boat trip or are attending an event nearby.
Changes
The rechristened facility is undergoing a handful of improvements. From the new swimming pool added Spring 2022 to the additional floating docks planned for Winter 2022 we are going to continue pushing the property to its maximum potential one brick at a time making it a true destination on The James!
